Underweight BMI
Being underweight can be just as serious a condition as being hugely overweight. You need to be consuming the recommended daily calorie intake for your sex. if you are underweight you should seek advice from your GP as there could be an underlying medical cause that needs attention.
Normal BMI
If you’re in the green normal range it means your weight is healthy for your height. You are at least eating roughly the right amount of calories daily. It is however still important for you to keep yourself in continued good shape with plenty of regular exercise and to eat a balanced, healthy diet.
Overweight BMI

If you’re in the red you need to act quickly. You are already obese and that excess weight is really unhealthy for you.
