The name “Kings” is derived from the area of our Head Office and Weight Loss Clinic being Seven Kings, a sub-district of Ilford, Essex. Our Head Office and Clinic is still located in the same building, providing more than 30 years of continuous service to the public.

Since 1982, the weight loss clinic group has expanded into other areas which can be found on our web-site. In the early days, we provided a variety of services, but in recent years we have decided to specialise in “Weight Management”, a specialist subject in itself. Specialisation means more concentration on achieving your targets in managing your weight.

In 1993, we carried out a survey of weight loss using various methods and diets and one of our patients managed to lose close to 8 stones. This was over a period of about 11 months. The use of medication in conjunction with a suitable diet achieves weight loss safely and progressively, with less likelihood of “going off the rails”.

More important, we provide follow-up to enable you to maintain a healthy body weight. Around the turn of the Millennium the internet age was taking over, so we developed our Web Sites and introduced our on-line shop where you can buy additional slimming aids and products.

Kings Private Clinics don’t just offer weight loss in London, we are the longest continuously established specialist medical weight loss clinic in the UK having carried out more than one million consultations in the last 30 years. All of our clinics are registered with the Care Quality Commission and all doctors have full registration with the General Medical Council.

During this time, we have seen a spectrum of the community from the famous to ordinary everyday folk, including many visitors from abroad.

We have a number of drop-in clinics based around the South-East of England.
